Any contact details given to us (via our website, email, telephone or post) are stored electronically in a safe, password-protected environment. This information is only accessible to trusted employees of Redwood Strip Curtains Ltd.
We never share data with any third-parties. Nor do we sell it on for commercial gain.
Occasionally we send out targeted emails to share news about new products and/or offers.
We always endeavour to make these emails as relevant to the recipient as possible so they’re never seen as ‘junk’ or ‘spam’.
We do our utmost to ensure we only send these emails to individuals and/or companies who have opted-in to receive them.
If you receive a sales message from us that you didn’t agree to, or wish to stop receiving them, please Contact Us and we will update your customer record immediately.
Viewing / updating your customer information
Any time you wish, you can see the information that we store which relates to you/your company. You can also request that this information is deleted. (NOTE: for Tax reasons, we legally have to keep copies of all sales/VAT invoices for 7 years.)

Card payment details
Online purchases are made securely through the automatic online payment system WorldPay.
We never see your card details. (For more details about WorldPay, and how it treats your details, please see their website.)
Payments made directly to Redwood are processed by our Finance Department (using a Worldpay card machine). Once payment has been confirmed ALL card details are shredded.
Card details are never stored in any customer file (paper or electronic).
