However…. to help them help you, it’s advisable to have the following basic information to hand BEFORE getting in touch:

For new curtain quote requests: the width & height of the the opening you need to cover AND the type of traffic that might need to pass through (e.g. pedestrian, pump truck, forklift, etc).

For replacement strip quote requests: the type of hanging rail format already in place; the width, thickness and length of the current strips… AND if they are a particular type of PVC or hanging in a non-typical location that may need a specialist PVC (e.g. a freezer, welding bay or data centre).
