Twin-track aluminium curtain rails give you compete flexibility when fitting PVC strip curtains. They come in standard lengths that can be surface or soffit mounted and joined together to span any width of opening. Fixing plates and PVC (sold separately) clamp PVC strips to the rail’s parallel grooves with nuts & bolts. These can be slid to any location along the rail’s span, allowing for any amount of strip overlap. ALL SIZES NOMINAL. PRICES EX-VAT.

Aluminium twin track curtain rails are the versatile curtain hanging format and requiring no ongoing maintenance. The clever rail design allows for any amount of consistent or varied strip overlap, so you can create very bespoke curtains. It’s also ideal if you need to fit a curtain accurately within a maximum width space. Rails come in standard lengths complete with universal ‘L-shaped’ mounting brackets. These allow the rails to be surface or soffit mounted. They can be ganged-up and / or cut to fit any span. The heads of M8 bolts are simply slid into the rail’s parallel mounting grooves. Once in your chosen position, PVC strips (prepped with holes in the right places) slot over the ends of the bolts. Fixing plates (sold separately) are then used to clamp them securely in place.
Note: The rails are not self-supporting. They need mounting onto a structurally supporting surface like a beam, door frame or lintel across the whole span. If your strip curtain needs to withstand very heavy / repeated use by forklifts or other powered vehicles you may want to consider our Swivel-Hinge rail instead.

Rails take 200mm 300mm & 400mm strips in a range of spec options to suit all uses and locations. Suitable for curtains up to 10m high.

Fixings: M8 nuts and bolts are supplied to attach the mounting brackets to the rail. But fixings for attaching the brackets to your fitting surface are NOT. These need to be supplied by installer and be suitable for fitting surface.

Recommended Environments: General Pedestrian, Food & Catering, Commercial, Pest Control.
Longevity: This product’s lifespan will be dictated by where it’s used, what type of traffic might move through it and how carefully (or aggressively) such traffic does so. This is beyond any manufacturer’s or suppliers control. Used appropriately, the product should last for many years.
