About The Hook-On Rail System

Hook-On is the classic PVC strip curtain hanging system. Manufactured from durable 430-grade stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and is particularly suited to environments where cleanliness and appearance matter.

Each PVC strip is supplied pre-fitted with matching stainless steel plate sets which simply hook onto the rail, making installation, maintenance and future strip replacement straightforward.

Fitting

Rails can be face-fixed or soffit-fixed using the pre-drilled M6 fixing holes.

• Fixings are not supplied
• Rails are not self-supporting
• Rails must be mounted to a structurally suitable surface across the full opening width

Key Details

Hanging Tip

PVC strips are supplied rolled. Some temporary curl may be visible when first installed. For best results, unroll the strips and allow them to flatten overnight before hanging. Gentle heat or reverse rolling can help speed up the process.

Longevity

PVC strip is a consumable product and service life varies depending on traffic levels, operating conditions and environmental exposure.

For maximum lifespan, we recommend installation within internal or sheltered locations. When exposed continuously to external weather conditions, clarity and performance may reduce more quickly over time.
