Installation Guide

Rail Fitting

QuickMount rails can be fitted using either:

• Face fixing
• Soffit (underside) fixing

The rails include pre-drilled M8 fixing holes to simplify installation.

Please note:

• Mounting fixings are not included.
• Fixings should be selected to suit the installation surface.
• Rails are not self-supporting.
• Rails must be fitted to a structurally sound surface across the entire opening span.

Installation Process

1. Measure the opening width and height.
2. Select your preferred colour or colour combination.
3. Secure the QuickMount rail to a suitable supporting structure.
4. Push the prepared PVC strips onto the rail peg system.
5. Check overlap and strip alignment.

Hanging Tip

PVC strips are supplied rolled for transport.

When first installed, some strips may curl slightly at the bottom. This is normal and will naturally relax over time. For best results, unroll the strips and allow them to flatten before installation. Reverse rolling or applying gentle heat can also help speed up the process.
