Heavy-Duty Swivel Hinge System

Therefore, this system ensures maximum durability and a significantly longer service life than fixed-rail alternatives. Unlike the Galvanised Hook On Rails used for lighter traffic, the swivel hinge allows the strips to swing with the traffic, dramatically reducing the risk of the PVC tearing at the hanging point.

Installation & Fitting

We make our rails to order to cover any span, and we deliver them fully assembled and ready to hang.

Mounting: We offer three bracket options: R1 (face fitting), R2 (soffit fitting), or R3 (90° stand-off).
Assembly: Slot the pre-punched strips into the swivel hinges and secure them with the M8 nuts and bolts (we provide these for free).
Note: You must fit the rail onto a structurally supporting surface. We do not include the fixings to mount the brackets; your installer should select bolts suitable for your specific wall or beam.

Hanging Tip

We supply your strips rolled-up. When you first hang them, the base may curl slightly. This curl will naturally fall out over time. To speed up the process, unroll the strips and let them flatten overnight in a warm room before installation.

Maximum Longevity

While we build these curtains for the toughest jobs, we still consider PVC a consumable product. Its lifespan depends on the traffic levels and how the environment affects the material. To keep your curtains in peak condition, we recommend fitting them behind a doorway where they have some shelter from extreme weather.
